There are 7 billion people inhabiting
the Earth and yet your body is like no other. It has its own
rhythms and balances that make it unique. That's why The Fitness
Architect would never encourage you to sweat and strain through
a one-size-fits-all routine of aerobic exercises and repetitive
weight-training that may do you more harm than good.
Before we assign you an individual exercise regimen, we always
take baseline assessments of your initial health conditions.
We notate your flexibility, lung capacity, aerobic capability,
relative strength, blood pressure, resting heart rate plus a
quick check of your fat-to-weight ratio. Once that's done, we'll
chart a well-rounded exercise and wellness program that will
improve your health and well-being in the most time and cost
effective manner possible.
To keep a comprehensive journal of your health status, we depend
on BSDI's Fitness Analyst. It provides a simple and comprehensive
readout of your vital statistics that leave no doubts about
the level of improvements in your fitness program. Below are

"Chad's education
is unbelievable, and it showed on the day of my
wedding and in all of my wedding pictures. He
combined his knowledge of psychology, nutrition,
relaxation exercises, anatomy and physiology,
along with his personal training skills to devise
my program. Guess what happened?
VOILA!
I weighed 16 lbs less, lost 2 dress sizes, and
had a smile ear to ear."
